Read and understand blueprints, geometrical call outs and weld symbols;
Use GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW to effectively weld weldments and tanks and metal parts together per the weld process specification sheet;
Perform welding on a wide variety of metals and alloys including carbon steel galvanized steel stainless steel and aluminum;
Hand layouts of weldments and use fixtures gauges and jigs to manufacture welded parts to customer specifications;
Complete the first piece in process and final inspections using calipers height gauges protractors and tape measures
