Iron Foundry Operator - Core room S2 SH3
Location:
Onsite – Kohler, WI
Compensation: $26.55 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential.
Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:30PM-6:18AM (Occasional mandatory overtime may be required).

Build a career you can be proud of at Kohler Co. This is a core room specialist role within the Foundry and Enamel Operations.
- Learn all operations of core machines and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain and monitor sand and resin systems, amine gassing system, and perform pattern changes.
- Clean up sand delivery system belts and mixer at the end of the shift.
- Know all processes of the core making process.
- Move cores to and from the HWS core conveyor and from core boxes to pattern shop.
- Must be PIV certified and LOTO certified.
- Perform any assigned tasks by supervision.
- Start times will be half hour before the normal start of shift to prepare for production.

- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Physical capability to perform essential duties (bending, lifting, pushing) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Successful completion of drug screen and background check.
- Consistent attendance and work performance.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
