Quality Inspector I
Pay Range & Shift$21 - $25 | Shift: 1st M-F 8 am – 5 pm
Quick SummaryJoin a fast‑paced manufacturing team where quality is everything. We’re hiring a Quality Inspector to support high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing. This role ensures precision parts meet customer specifications through detailed inspections and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform First Article, in‑process, and final inspections
- Inspect parts to print using hand tools, CMM, and optical comparators
- Generate inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance
- Support FAI documentation and customer certification requirements
- Route parts through secondary processes and ensure on‑time flow to shipping
- Communicate quality issues and status updates with internal teams
- Follow ISO/AS procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
- 1+ year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Blueprint reading and basic GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5)
- Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
