Step onto our Madison, WI 53704 production floor and start your shift by prepping a digital press for the day’s queue. You’ll load substrates, verify job specs, calibrate for color and registration, and run short- and medium-length print jobs. Throughout the day, you’ll keep a sharp eye on output, make on-the-fly adjustments, and complete routine maintenance to keep print quality high and uptime steady.
You’ll collaborate with design and production teammates, document material usage and run data, and follow safety and quality standards every step of the way.

Hiring for: 1st shift
Additional options: 2nd and 3rd shifts include a shift differential
Compensation and training $16–$17 per hour for candidates with no prior experience — we will train
Note:
The posted base rate does not include any second- or third-shift differential
Experienced press operators: wages commensurate with experience
What you’ll doSet up and operate digital printing presses to produce a range of printed materials
Monitor output for color, registration, and consistency; adjust settings to maintain quality
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on press equipment
Partner with design and production teams to meet job specifications and timelines
Record production details: run counts, materials used, and issues encountered
Uphold safety procedures and quality standards throughout each runWhat you bring3–6+ months of machine operator experience preferred
Previous digital press experience preferred but not required
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Team-first mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and a positive attitude
