Production Assembler 2nd Shift Madison, WI | Advanced Assembly is hiring dependable Production Assemblers for our electronics manufacturing team on Madison's west side in University Research Park. Assembler I performs routine assembly operations, of a repetitive nature, to produce quality products per product specifications. This is primarily an entry-level role, ideal for those looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to written documentation.
• Test functional performance of assemblies using various meters and test equipment.
• Move material to and from work area.
• Minimal soldering of components may be required.
• Utilize small hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Package products per process instructions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions in English.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (working with small electronic parts).
• Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
