We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:
* Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and build production tooling, jigs, fixtures, and specialized equipment to keep operations running at peak performance.
* Create and refine tooling designs using sketches and CAD to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.
* Diagnose tooling issues and implement creative, hands-on solutions to minimize downtime and scrap.
* Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to support new tooling development and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Track and document tooling performance, maintenance history, and critical setup parameters.
* Train and support operators on proper setup and use of tooling and equipment.
* Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives, including GROWTTH and quality-driven programs.#

Qualifications:

* Associate degree in Tool & Die, Manufacturing Technology, or related program (or currently completing your program—graduates encouraged to apply!).
* Hands-on experience (school, internship, or work) with tooling, machining, or mechanical systems.
* Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and/or CAD designs.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of tooling construction, maintenance, or repair processes (steel rule die experience a plus).
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
