As a Production Lead at Sage, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience—starting on day one and throughout their tenure. You will lead by example on the production floor, ensuring employees are trained, supported, and equipped to work safely, confidently, and efficiently in a fast- paced operational environment. In this role, you will reinforce standard processes, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork.
- Assist in monitoring and driving continuous improvement related to metrics, KPIs, and SLAs
- Maintain the quality of Finished Goods
- Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and support efficient workflow
- Verify all work areas are properly labeled with appropriate signage, aisleways are taped, and product bins are in designated locations
- Support troubleshooting, data sanitization, functional and cosmetic evaluation, and imaging as needed
- Provide training to new and existing employees
- Ensure operators have sufficient material to maintain a consistent workflow
- Continuously evaluate processes for improvement across equipment, layout, material handling, systems, and documentation
- Perform hands-on production work (testing, data sanitization, QC/auditing) as required
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Demonstrates accountability for personal and company goals
- Consistently meets or exceeds expectations for daily responsibilities
- Reliable and dependable
- In-depth knowledge of IT electronics related to production
- 2+ years of experience working with electronics hardware preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand and follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form
- Strong written, verbal, and comprehension communication skills
- Ability to present information to both small and large groups
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
