Enamel Cell Operator – CHRE SK2 SH3 Location & Compensation

Onsite – Kohler, WI.

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $26.90 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential.

Shift: 3rd shift, 10:54 PM–7:12 AM; overtime may be required occasionally.

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto-sink line.
• Additional duties include driving PIV, filling powder feeders, changing forks, and programming enameling robots.
• Learn plate numbers and identify colors.
• Assist coworkers as needed.
• Perform bending, standing, and lifting as required.
• Pass a vision test for inspection duties.

• Must be able to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Physical Capability:
  Ability to perform the essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
• Screening:
  Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Reliability:
