Enamel Cell Operator – CHRE SK2 SH3 Location & Compensation
Onsite – Kohler, WI.
Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $26.90 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential.
Shift: 3rd shift, 10:54 PM–7:12 AM; overtime may be required occasionally.
Responsibilities- Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto-sink line.
- Additional duties include driving PIV, filling powder feeders, changing forks, and programming enameling robots.
- Learn plate numbers and identify colors.
- Assist coworkers as needed.
- Perform bending, standing, and lifting as required.
- Pass a vision test for inspection duties.

- 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Physical Capability:
Ability to perform the essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight. - Screening:
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. - Reliability:
