Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a US
- Manufacturing Technician 1 to join their team. As a US
- Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting GMP manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong safety awareness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Madison, WI

Pay Range: $28/hr

What's the Job?

• Consistently follow and promote proper safety protocols and PPE to team members
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of production areas and GMP locations
• Operate production equipment during cleaning and maintenance activities
• Communicate status effectively through shift pass-off tools and computer systems
• Participate in a team-based, multi-shift manufacturing environment

What's Needed?

• School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or analytical lab
• Ability to read and understand written protocols
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Email)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
