Our client, an industry leader in scientific instrument manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and calibration of complex scientific instruments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Build, test, and calibrate assemblies of scientific instruments to meet quality standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical components.
- Handle materials and verify inventory to ensure smooth production flow.
- Communicate effectively with team members to promote a positive work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Experience with mechanical assembly, hand tools, and soldering preferred.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
