Machine Operator (CNC)

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to support the production of precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating CNC machines, ensuring parts meet quality standards, and performing basic setup and program adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of machining processes and safety practices.

Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts, including loading materials, monitoring runs, and performing basic quality checks

Perform basic on-machine programming and edits, including adjusting offsets, modifying programs, and making simple G-code changes as needed

Assist with operating basic shop equipment, including drills, grinders, and simple CNC or manual machines.

Prepare materials, take measurements, and perform routine quality checks to support production needs.

Help assemble, modify, or finish parts by following established instructions and shop procedures.

Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good condition.

Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while performing daily tasks.

Work with team members and supervisors to complete projects and continue learning new skills.

Experience operating CNC Machines in a production or manufacturing environment

Basic knowledge of CNC programming, including the ability to make simple adjustments at the machine

Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools, machines, or hands-on projects.

Willingness to learn machining processes and gradually take on more technical work.

Ability to use basic measuring tools and follow step-by-step instructions.

Strong attention to detail, reliable work habits, and a safety-focused mindset.

Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

Prior technical coursework or shop experience is helpful but not required.
