• Complete routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet exact specifications
• Document production runs, materials, and any issues
• Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures

• Machine operator experience (3–6+ months preferred)
• Digital press or related experience preferred, not required — we train
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
• Problem‑solving mindset with mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well with others in a fast‑moving environment
• Strong communication skills and a can‑do attitude
• Ability to perform machine setups for production runs

• Base rate for entry‑level candidates: $16–$17 per hour
• The base rate does not include any 2nd‑ or 3rd‑shift differential
• Experienced press operator pay will be commensurate with experience
• Current hiring focus: 1st shift at our Madison, WI 53704 facility
