Job Requirements
Manufacturing Production Opportunities. We are hiring multiple full-time manufacturing production employees for immediate openings at our Madison, WI facility. No experience is required.
Training is provided for all roles. Current opportunities include:
- Assemblers
- Machine Operators
Applicants will be considered for both roles based on experience, availability, and hiring needs. Apply for one role and indicate your shift availability. No need to apply separately for each position.
Starting Pay
- Assemblers – First Shift: $15.00/hour, Second Shift: $16.00/hour
- Machine Operators – First Shift: $16.00/hour, Second Shift: $17.00/hour
- Wages vary based on experience.
Schedule
- First Shift: Monday–Thursday 5:30 AM–3:00 PM, Friday 5:30 AM–9:30 AM
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday 2:45 PM–12:45 AM
- Assemble electronic components using written instructions.
- Perform basic testing and inspection.
- Use small hand tools and fixtures.
- Package finished products.
- Maintain quality and accuracy in repetitive production tasks.
- Operate SMT, Wave, AOI, and coating equipment.
- Set up, run, and monitor production jobs.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and cleaning.
- Follow quality and production standards.
- Support production flow and troubleshooting.
- No experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
- Reliability and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work on-site in Madison, WI.
- Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus but not required.
- Manufacturing production floor environment.
- Standing and repetitive motion required.
- Moderate noise level.
- Work with small electronic components and production equipment.
- Stable, long-term manufacturing employer.
