Plant Manager
Madison-Kipp Corporation (MKC) is a leading manufacturer of high-pressure aluminum die cast and precision-machined components serving automotive and recreational vehicle markets. We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, tooling, materials, engineering, and safety.
- Drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Own key performance metrics including safety, OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, throughput, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and coach supervisors, managers, and future leaders.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve equipment reliability, manufacturing processes, and overall plant performance.
- Manage budgets, labor utilization, and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining customer expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading a manufacturing facility, business unit, or large production operation.
- Experience in aluminum die casting, machining, automotive manufacturing, or other high-volume production environments.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred.
