Tekni Plex is hiring a Multi-site Plant Manager for our Madison, WI facilities. The Plant Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for the daily operation of two manufacturing facilities located in Madison, WI. This role ensures that plant operations meet or exceed safety, quality, cost, MOS and delivery expectations while supporting broader organizational goals and cultural commitments.
Salary range is $151,000 to $227,000 annually. Pay is based on experience.
