Medical Laboratory Technician

Support the Training Manager in developing, delivering, and maintaining cGMP training programs. Lead SOP, compliance, EHS, and manufacturing training, monitor training effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide on-the-floor manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor‑led training on SOPs, cGMP, EHS, and manufacturing processes.
• Track training completion, maintain records, and report compliance metrics.
• Develop and update training materials, assessments, and qualification programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and support employee development.
• Collaborate with SMEs and QA to ensure effective, compliant training.
• Support manufacturing operations, equipment qualification, and 5S initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, GDP, GLP, and quality system requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 1–2 years of biomanufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, GLP, SOPs, cleanroom operations, and aseptic techniques.
• Experience with biomanufacturing equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred:
  Commercial biomanufacturing, ISO 6/7/8 cleanroom, training experience, and electronic training systems (e.g., Track Wise, Compliance Wire).
