At Tribe 9 Foods, we're looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is critical to keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently while supporting a culture focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Flexible scheduling may be needed to support production demands
- Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, and other safety programs.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, instructions, and blueprints.
- Complete maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, and GMP requirements.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and lubrication practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience with food manufacturing or packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements
