Production​/Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join a manufacturing production team supporting high-speed equipment operations in a clean, safety-focused environment. Multiple shift opportunities are available.

In this role, you will support operators in the setup and day-to-day operation of production equipment used in converting and finishing processes. You will help ensure quality standards are met while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

We are hiring across multiple shifts, including day, evening, and overnight schedules. Openings vary by shift and may include production support, machine assistance, and material handling roles.

• Assist with setup and operation of production and converting equipment
• Support press, slitting, and compounding operations as needed
• Perform material handling, packing, and product movement throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts or other powered industrial vehicles (if qualified)
• Complete basic production documentation accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Perform core cutting and related support tasks
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Support training activities and assist experienced operators as needed
• Contribute to meeting production and quality goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience a plus (not required for all roles)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and computer navigation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong reliability and time management
