Machine Operator
LocationFlorence, KY
Pay$24.72/hr. with overtime (1.5x pay for hours worked over 40 per week). Paid weekly on Fridays
Shifts12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule (15 days per month) with every other weekend off
- Day Shift: 6:45am–7:15pm
- Night Shift: 6:45pm–7:15am
- 12-hour Day Shift: +$0.45/hr.
- 12-hour Night Shift: +$1.00/hr.

What We Offer- $24.72/hr. base pay plus shift premiums
- Weekly pay every Friday

- Operate automated Power Frame® grid machinery and powered industrial equipment
- Monitor production, perform coil changes, and eliminate defective parts
- Track raw material usage, scrap, and inefficiencies for reporting
- Support machine die changes and preventative maintenance activities
- Record all work completed in system work orders
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing improvements and cost reduction projects
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Familiarity with powered industrial equipment (walkies, forklifts, etc.)
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, and twist safely
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends
Our Florence, Kentucky components plant manufactures battery containers, covers, and Power Frame® grids. Since opening in 1978, we’ve grown to employ 150 people and operate six days per week. We proudly support the community through food and hygiene drives and local nonprofit partnerships.
