• Prepare and operate digital presses for diverse, spec-driven jobs
• Continuously check output and make precise adjustments to maintain consistency
• Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues before they escape
• Coordinate with design and production to hit deadlines and requirements
• Log run data, material usage, and any exceptions for accurate records
• Work safely and uphold strict quality standards

• 3–6+ months of machine operator experience preferred
• Digital press experience welcomed but not required — we provide training
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong ownership of quality
• Resourceful problem-solver with mechanical aptitude
• Collaborative, steady under pace, and clear in communication
• Proficiency with machine setups for production runs

• 2nd and 3rd shifts include a shift differential
• Entry pay for candidates without experience: $16–$17 per hour (training provided)
• Base rate excludes any second‑ or third‑shift differential
• Experienced press operators’ wages will be commensurate with experience
