PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV - Lead to oversee complex manufacturing operations in a GMP environment. You will guide a team through aseptic filling, lyophilization, sterile processes, and packaging while ensuring compliance with SOPs, MBRs, and quality standards.
You will train and mentor staff, manage daily task assignments, and address non-routine issues, enriching the operation with proactive safety and continuous improvement efforts.
