The Kohler Co. Powerhouse Equipment Operator – Crew D is an onsite role in Kohler, WI. You will operate, inspect, and troubleshoot powerhouse systems, and respond to fire alarms while keeping safety and efficiency front and center.
Shifts are 4 days on/off with a 3D rotation (6:12 PM–6:24 AM). The role offers competitive pay ($31.77/hour with a $1.50 shift premium) and comprehensive day‑1 benefits, plus growth opportunities within Kohler’s manufacturing team.
