* Transport Assembler’s
* Responsibilities
* * In this position, you’d be responsible for...
* Reading and building off of blueprints
* Assembling outer shells on all models and prep liner
* Installing internal fixtures
* Accurately setting up foam fixtures and then the foam unit
* Accurately figuring shot times
* Operating all foam jigs efficiently
* Performing quality checks
* Assembling, cleaning, drilling, and foaming proper style doors for all units
* Training and becoming certified in refrigeration
* Manufacturing and packaging parts orders
* And last but not least, doing other duties as assigned to help out your teammates!

* Requirements
* * There are a few things you have to be able to do to perform this job effectively and
* safely*:
* Be able to operate small hand tools and a soldering torch efficiently and safely
* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, as required
* Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Be able to reach above overhead frequently
* Be able to read a tape measure and other basic measuring tools
* Be able to stand on concrete for up to 10 hours a day
* Be able to pass a drug safety screen prior to employment
* Be able to pass a physical prior to employment
* ** ALWAYS be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Must be able to read blue prints and be able to build off blue prints. Assemble outer shells on all models of transports, Mini's and TD's. Prep liner, solder liner parts, install internal fixturing and foam cabinet. Perform quality check after assembly and foaming.
