Octopi Brewing LLC is seeking a Brewhouse Brewer to join our Manufacturing & Production team in our fast-paced contract brewery. In this role, you will operate brewhouse and cellar equipment, execute brewing schedules, and maintain strict quality and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include wort production, fermentation monitoring, CIP and tank cleaning, assisting with dry hopping and transfers, and supporting routine equipment maintenance.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team in a dynamic craft beer environment with strong growth opportunities in professional brewing.
