Cellar Brewer

Octopi Brewing LLC seeks a Cellar Brewer to support brewing operations in our Manufacturing & Production department. Based in Waunakee, WI, you'll manage daily cellar tasks including monitoring fermentations, performing transfers, dry hopping, CIP, and equipment sanitation. You'll assist with brewing, filtration, and packaging while tracking quality data and following strict safety and cleanliness standards. In our creative, collaborative craft beer environment, this Brewery Technician role offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment and a strong growth path in the brewing industry.
