Production Supervisor

Agropur is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our dairy manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee production teams to safely and efficiently produce high-quality dairy products, ensuring adherence to GMP, food safety, and quality standards. You will coordinate staffing, training, and performance, monitor equipment and workflows, and drive continuous improvement, 5S, and lean initiatives. Partnering closely with quality, maintenance, and scheduling, you'll help Agropur deliver innovative, sustainable dairy solutions for retail, food service, and industrial customers.
