Leer Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler in Wisconsin to read blueprints, assemble outer shells, and install internal fixtures across multiple models. You will prepare foam units, set up fixtures, and help with foam cabinet assembly. Training to refrigeration certification may be provided.
You’ll work with foaming equipment, perform quality checks, and contribute to manufacturing and packaging parts orders. A strong safety mindset and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.
