Production Trainer I, 1st Shift

Toro Tomah is hiring a Production Trainer

Starting Wage: $23.62 per hour

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with overtime when needed.

• Assists level II trainer with all onboarding
• Work with supervisors, leads and mentors to ensure successful OJT.
• Enforce organizational standards and legal regulations during training.
• Perform rework and assist other departments when training is not in session.
• Evaluate training impact on job performance

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow and uphold Toro’s policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and core values.
• Serves as a role model for professional behavior and promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow engineering processes and standard work documents.
• Working knowledge of assembly tools and techniques.
• Physically able to perform all production tasks (lift 45+ lbs, repetitive motion).
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with a variety of cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
