A day in this role

You start your shift by reviewing requisitions and IMS orders. With a pick list in hand, you pull finished signage and products, verify part numbers, promotions, and quantities, and stage items for delivery. You compare printed images to stock size and confirm accuracy against inventory records and customer-supplied GTR’s. If you spot shortages, damage, or mismatches, you alert the right people immediately and document what you find.

Throughout the day, you tag and put away new receipts and overage in the correct racks by customer, maintain up-to-date records and files, and handle routine correspondence. You cycle count regularly—especially signage with fewer than 10 pieces on hand—bringing counts down to the last sign. You’ll send Box approvals, issue IMS shortage emails when needed, and complete debits after pulling GTR’s.Customers

sometimes purchase overage; when that happens, you enter the new signage into inventory. You respond to special requests from Account Managers and monitor Asset Manager for customer inquiries. You also operate bailing machines, compactors, and hand tools, help keep the finished goods and staging areas clean, remove trash, and assist other departments as needed. If something’s missing from overage, you track it down and resolve the issue.

Performing inventory prep and cycle counts (with priority on items
