We're partnering with a growing electronics manufacturer in Fort Atkinson to find a skilled Electronics Test Technician! If you thrive on solving complex technical puzzles and training others on functional testing, you will love being the go-to technical expert for custom box builds and circuit board assemblies. You will make a direct impact on product quality, equipment setup, and continuous improvement across the production floor.

• Pay rate between $23.22 and $26.88 per hour
• 1st shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Set up, operate, and repair circuit board processing machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis
• Support complex project-based electronic control box builds and custom panel assemblies
• Train team members on functional test procedures and equipment upkeep
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine setups and changeovers

• Associate degree in Electronics or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of experience as an electronics or test technician
• Strong proficiency in reading schematics and performing warranty troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management system compliance
