Plant Director

A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead all aspects of plant operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and supporting long-term business growth.

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization
• Develop, coach, and mentor plant leadership teams while building a culture of accountability and engagement
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational systems, technology, and process improvements
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage data to support decision-making and operational success
• Support strategic planning and scalability initiatives to meet future business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including progressive responsibility within food manufacturing
• 7+ years of experience serving as a Plant Manager, Site Leader, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and manufacturing best practices
• Experience with ERP, WMS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related operational improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated success leading teams, driving change, and improving plant performance
