The University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking a Lead Baker to provide leadership and direction to bakery staff. This 100% FTE role runs 11:00am to 7:30pm and may include shift and weekend differentials to meet department needs.
You will oversee production of bakery items, handling artisan and custom items, and you will place orders and manage inventory while upholding quality and safety standards such as Serv Safe certification.
