We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator
who will be trained specifically on our Rotary Die-Cutting equipment. Previous rotary die-cutting experience is a plus, but not required– we’ll train someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn a skilled trade.
Monday-Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM
2nd Shift Differential+$0.75/hour
Training & Pay Growth- New to the trade? Receive hands‑on training on 1st shift (7 AM – 3 PM) for approximately 1–3 months before moving to 2nd shift.
- Our 3‑step Operator Training Program rewards you as you learn and demonstrate skills independently.
- Earn wage increases along the way totaling up to +$1.50/hour.
- Set up and operate rotary die cutting equipment
- Troubleshoot and make equipment adjustments
- Perform quality checks
- Complete job tickets and production documentation
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Work with your team to solve problems and keep jobs moving
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work
- Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation)
