We are hiring a Packaging Specialist for a beverage manufacturer in Waunakee. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in seeing a high-quality product roll off the line, this is a great opportunity to build a stable career. In this role, you will operate canning, bottling, and packaging machinery while keeping production running smoothly.

• Pay range: $20 to $25/hr with shift differentials additional bonus structure available
• Schedule:
  
  4-day work week (1st shift Monday through Thursday 6 AM to 4 PM, or 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 4 PM to 2 AM)
• Role type:
  Direct hire

• Work in a new manufacturing facility

• Operate bottle lines, canning lines, variety packaging systems, and keggers
• Perform machine changeovers and minor preventative maintenance to keep lines running smoothly
• Review packaging mixes based on volume metrics and log run data at your station
• Collect product samples and take quality measurements to ensure precision
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following standard safety guidelines

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience
• Prior experience with machine operation and quality control preferred
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 55 pounds regularly
• Comfort using Microsoft Office programs
