What You'll Do
As a Production Assembler, you'll help manufacture high-quality products by following established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Operate a variety of assembly workstations and production equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow assembly processes, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
- Report equipment, quality, material, or process concerns to your supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support team objectives and production schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Six months or more of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- You take pride in producing high-quality work.
- You enjoy hands-on, active work.
- You work well with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
- You can adapt to changing production priorities.
- You consistently follow safety and quality standards.
This position requires regular physical activity, including:
- Standing for the majority of the shift.
- Frequent walking and movement throughout the work area.
- Continuous lifting and moving of materials up to 10 pounds.
- Regular lifting and moving of materials up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Reaching, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and operating hand tools as needed.

- Exposure to standard manufacturing conditions and equipment.
