Cellar Brewer

Octopi Brewing LLC seeks a Cellar Brewer to support brewing operations in our Manufacturing & Production department. Based in Waunakee, WI, you'll manage daily cellar tasks including monitoring fermentations, performing transfers, dry hopping, CIP, and equipment sanitation. You'll assist with brewing, filtration, and packaging while tracking quality data and following strict safety and cleanliness standards. In our creative, collaborative craft beer environment, this Brewery Technician role offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment and a strong growth path in the brewing industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cellar tasks including fermentation monitoring, transfers, and dry hopping
• Operate and clean tanks, pumps, hoses, and valves using proper CIP and sanitation procedures
• Assist with brewing, filtration, and packaging to meet production schedules
• Perform basic quality checks and record brewing data accurately
• Support equipment upkeep and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow safety, GMP, and cleanliness standards in all work areas
• Collaborate with production team to improve processes and efficiency
