Manufacturing Engineer, Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Quality Engineering
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
- Support new product , tool , and equipment implementation from design through production.
- Drive process improvements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet business goals.
- Use technical knowledge and data to solve production and process problems.
- Lead or support projects that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment on day-to-day decisions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and operators.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, quality records, FMEAs, and electronic manufacturing systems.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience))
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
