Looking for a 1st shift assembly job with no weekends? Spherion is hiring Medical Device Assemblers in Madison, WI to help manufacture high-quality optical and medical products.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, temperature-controlled work environment. No optical experience is required - you'll receive training for the role.

As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll perform detailed assembly work on small optical and lighting components.

• Assemble small optical components and parts
• Use small hand tools and quality measurement devices
• Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standards
• Follow GMP, ISO and Standard Operating Procedures
• Safely operate production equipment
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English as required for safety and production documentation
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production or optical experience is helpful, but not require
