Role:
Lead technical transfer activities to support manufacturing readiness for GMP production of RNAi-based therapeutics, ensuring seamless process transfer from development to manufacturing.
Responsibilities:- develop and maintain GMP batch records, methods, and SOPs;
- facilitate cross-functional coordination for process transfer;
- manage project timelines and milestones;
- lead deviation investigations and implement corrective actions;
- assist with laboratory work as needed.
- BS/BA in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry;
- minimum 3 years GMP experience, with at least 1 year in technical writing or transfer;
- proficient with controlled documentation, CAPA investigations, project management, and Microsoft Office;
- high attention to detail and multitasking ability.
5+ years GMP experience and 3+ years in technical transfer.
