Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Lead, Transformation Communications to our team.

The Lead, Transformation Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategy for the company's multiyear transformation initiative. With the establishment of the Transformation Office and the increasing need for cross organizational alignment around the strategic plan, this role will serve as the central storyteller and strategist for communicating the intent, progress, and impact of transformation initiatives across the organization.

This role is responsible for designing clear, compelling, and cohesive communication plans that inform, engage, and align internal teams and external stakeholders throughout major technology, operational, and cultural shifts. The Lead will ensure that associates understand the purpose, milestones, and expected outcomes of transformation work—and will help the organization make meaning of new capabilities that enhance our market offerings.

Acting as a connective partner across multiple communication streams, the Lead will collaborate frequently with the Director of Corporate Communications, the EPMO Communications resource, and the Internal Communications Manager to enable progressive, timely, and transparent information sharing. Through thoughtful messaging, milestone recognition, and change ready communication, the Lead will support organizational adoption, reduce ambiguity, and guide employees through periods of significant change.

By providing strategic communication leadership and narrative clarity, this role will reinforce the enterprise transformation vision and strengthen engagement throughout the broader organization.
