Position: Marketing Specialist US

We are expanding our team and are looking for a creative and hands‑on Marketing Specialist who is passionate about agriculture‑technology and branding to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The individual in this role will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the smaXtec system through creation and management of US marketing materials, and merchandise and coordination of marketing campaigns and events.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Product teams to execute on branding strategies, campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicates and partners with our Austria‑based HQ Marketing team to ensure brand‑consistent deliverables for the U.S.
  • Tracks and reports marketing performance by maintaining key metrics and using insights to refine and improve marketing initiatives.
  • Prepares and coordinates industry‑related events including trade shows, expos and other regional customer or prospecting events.
  • Plans and prepares communications, schedules, budget, resources and materials needed for shows and events for internal team, customers and prospects.
  • Manages, develops and distributes print and digital materials related to sales, training and marketing initiatives.
  • Supports execution of marketing activities by drafting and coordinating content for newsletters, website updates and campaign assets.
  • Assists with customer photo and video on‑farm testimonial production, including coordination, shot lists and content drafting for omnichannel use.
  • Coordinates branded apparel and promotional items by managing ordering, inventory and distribution.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
What You Bring:
  • Deep knowledge of the dairy industry and relevant professional experience in dairy farming is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in marketing or related field of study (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education).
  • A minimum of three years relevant work experience in marketing, sales, customer success or related field.
  • Experience marketing tools such as Mail Chimp, Word Press, Hub Spot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Typeform, etc.
  • Demonstrated passion for cows and the dairy industry and enjoy being out in the field and having direct contact with farmers.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative agriculture technologies with positive, hands‑on mentality.
  • Adaptable, creative and able to think strategically in order to succeed in this dynamic and competitive field.
  • Proactive, customer‑focused and solution‑oriented mentality and approach.
  • Previous CRM experience is preferable.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel extensively both nationally and internationally, including presence at company training, meetings and on‑farm presence.
  • Strong communication skills to distribute unbiased, easily understood information to diverse audiences.
  • Dedication to building and expanding skills relevant to the role, as well as supporting the growth of others on the team.
