Our Client is seeking a versatile Content Strategist to join the Thought Leadership and Content Marketing team. In this role, you will help execute strategies that position the company as a leading voice in the financial industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in personal finance, financial planning, and economic trends, with proven experience producing and measuring content across multiple channels.
You will collaborate closely with internal partners, support content production, and play a key role in reporting, measurement, and optimization efforts.
Responsibilities:- Support implementation of content strategy across articles, videos, podcasts, webinars, and other formats.
- Write clear, consistent consumer‑and client‑focused copy aligned with brand voice and standards.
- Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and compliance guidelines.
- Produce detailed weekly and quarterly performance reports to communicate content impact.
- Identify and help implement measurement best practices that improve reach and effectiveness.
- Use data, insights, and competitive research to evaluate content success and present findings to stakeholders.
- Manage content routing and approvals with SMEs, compliance, and business partners using Workfront and Jira.
- Maintain organized workflows and help ensure timely delivery of content assets.
- Partner with internal teams to align content priorities, gain clarity, and build consensus.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills; mastery of AP Style.
- Experience in content strategy and copywriting.
- Demonstrated interest in personal finance, financial planning, or economic trends.
- Ability to interpret data and apply performance insights to content decisions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, marketing, PR, or communications.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Workfront, Jira, and content management systems (Drupal, Word Press, Hub Spot).
- Familiarity with SEO, Google search behavior, and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Understanding of content governance, workflow management, and measurement methodologies.
Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $30 and $40. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable. All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s benefits plan.
