This is not an “event coordinator” role.

This is a revenue‑driving leadership position.

You are responsible for building a high‑performing events team that generates consistent, high‑quality leads and drives sales.

• Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
• Build and manage a calendar of high‑ROI events
• Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
• Set clear daily/weekly KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion)
• Drive lead generation performance at every event
• Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
• Track results and continuously optimize performance

• Consistent lead flow that feeds the sales team
