Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, PR / Communications, Marketing Management
The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead and execute marketing, communications, branding, recruiting support, and storytelling across the FLASH Family of Companies, including FLASH, Texas Frac, and Crossroads Market.
This is a hands-on, working manager position, on-site in Green Lake, WI. We need someone who can work both ON the marketing function and IN it—developing strategy and generating ideas while also executing the daily, weekly, and monthly work required to keep our brands active, relevant, and moving FLASH Forward.
The Manager will have support available for routine execution and project work, but this is not a role focused primarily on delegating. The successful candidate must be comfortable personally writing content, creating and posting social media, developing campaigns and communications, taking photos and video, updating materials, coordinating projects, and doing whatever hands-on work is necessary to execute the plan.
This individual must be curious, observant, self-aware, creative, and business-minded—someone who sees opportunities, generates ideas, develops plans, and makes things happen.
This marketing position will proactively identify opportunities and bring ideas, recommendations, and solutions to leadership rather than wait for assignments.
This is intentionally a primarily on-site position. Being present and connected to our people and operations is essential to the role. This means getting out from behind the desk to listen, observe, ask questions, and stay in tune with what is happening throughout our companies. This person should recognize stories, needs, opportunities, and ideas as they happen—not wait for someone else to bring them forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies across the FLASH Family of Companies.
- Establish and manage daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual marketing priorities and calendars.
- Personally create, schedule, and post social media content while coordinating additional execution with available marketing support.

- Coordinate outside designers, printers, photographers, media partners and other resources when appropriate.
- Direct and utilize available hourly marketing support effectively while remaining personally accountable for the quality, timeliness, and completion of the work.
- Track results and continually improve what we are doing based on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Business, English, or a related field preferred.
- Marketing, communications, social media, brand management, digital content, or related experience preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong working knowledge of social media and digital content creation.
- Ability and willingness to personally create and publish content—not simply oversee others who do.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video, website management, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to take an idea from concept through execution.
- Strong organizational, project-management, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple businesses, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
