Junior Marketing Assistant

GLO Wisconsin is expanding our Milwaukee team and looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support our growing client campaigns.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone looking to gain practical marketing experience, develop strong communication skills, and learn how campaigns are delivered from the ground up.

Working alongside our team, you’ll help bring client campaigns to life and create positive experiences for the customers we engage with.

You’ll be involved in:

• Supporting the delivery of marketing and promotional campaigns
• Representing client brands and communicating campaign messaging
• Engaging with customers and building positive relationships
• Helping generate awareness and new customer interest
• Supporting customer acquisition and campaign goals
• Working with the team to track results and improve performance

You don’t need extensive marketing experience to get started. We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently and enjoys working with people
• Is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes feedback on board and applies it

• Wants to develop professionally and take on more responsibility over time

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or marketing can be a great foundation.
