An internship with our company is a great opportunity to build your skillset and explore your career interests. Our summer student internship is a 10 to 14 week program that starts in mid-May and ends in August. During your internship, you'll work on impactful projects that make a difference at our company, with our customers, and in our communities. You'll also gain exposure to different areas of our business and have numerous opportunities for networking and coaching.
Interns may be eligible for a one-time hiring bonus to assist with housing costs depending upon proximity to a company office location.
Compensation Minimum: $25.00  Compensation Maximum: $39.00    As a Targeted & Partner Marketing Intern, you will support a team focused on delivering data-driven, customer-centric marketing programs that help grow the business. Reporting to the Director of Targeted & Partner Marketing, you will work with experienced marketers, analysts, and cross-functional partners on projects involving campaign execution, audience targeting, performance reporting, customer journey optimization, and marketing innovation.

To help you learn and succeed throughout the summer, you will also be paired with a senior member of the team who will serve as an accessible day-to-day mentor and resource, providing guidance, coaching, and support as you gain hands-on experience with real business initiatives.
** Responsibilities:
*** Support the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
* Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
* Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present key project outcomes and learnings.
** Requirements:
*** Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
