Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
- Provide comprehensive care to gynecologic oncology patients with varying acuity and diagnoses.
- Conduct comprehensive health history and physical assessments of oncology patients with acute health issues from cancer and cancer therapies (surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy).
- Perform history and physical, pre-operative visits, and post-operative visits.
- Discuss role and side effects of chemotherapy with patients and their family, manage and modify chemotherapy treatment plans, and obtain chemotherapy signing privileges.
- Perform in-office biopsies and procedures. Provide post‑op wound care.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide consistent high-quality care to our patients in active treatment or active surveillance setting.
- Effectively communicate with team members, patients, and families.

- If Nurse Practitioner:
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program. - If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program.
- State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
- Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice.
- Active board certification as a NP in an area of clinical practice. These may include the following:
Adult;
Adult/Gerontology Primary Care;
Adult/Gerontology Acute Care;
Family;
Women’s Health.
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice.
- Active PA board certification.
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
- Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
