Note:

Must have 1 year level IV exp. and total of at least 2 years of NICU.

BLS, NRP Required.

PALS Preferred.

Epic Required.

Description:
Day/Evening, 12 hour shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm. Monday through Friday, required to work 2-3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period.
Will accept up to 26 weeks.
Must have at least 2 years of total NICU III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year of Level IV NICU.

(You may combine Level III and Level IV experience to reach the 2-year total, but a minimum of 1 year must be in a Level IV NICU.)

Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents management, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation.
Epic experience required – preferred within the last 12 months

Licensure and Certification:
Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state.
BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
NRP required

Telemetry
Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.

Minimum Requirements:

Facility Requirement:
Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles from assigned primary work site location.

Floating - Travelers are the first to float. Depending on the current staffing needs, the traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units and/or at different locations within the organization. During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary department no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another department in order to complete the contract.
