The Regional Nurse responsibilities include consulting with facilities in all facets of clinical care through medical record review, on-site observation, and phone consultation. Providing consultant services consistent with established standards of practice and federal and state requirements.

We have 12 centers located throughout Wisconsin, and 1 in Minnesota and 1 in Iowa. We operate both AL/MC and SNF facilities.

Requirements

Regional Nurse Qualifications

• RN license
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in clinical leadership position
• 3-5 years of multi facility consulting experienced preferred but not required, depending on the candidate
• Knowledge of state specific regulations and guidelines
• Knowledge of both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living/Memory Care
