RN Oncology Clinic Supervisor

This is a 100% FTE, salaried position. Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital and Eastpark Medical Center both located in Madison, WI.

, Wisconsin’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. As an RN Clinic Supervisor in our Oncology Clinics, you’ll provide leadership while making a meaningful difference for patients with cancer and hematologic conditions.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to:

• Partner with the RN Clinic Manager to support daily clinic operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with day-to-day clinic operations and patient care coordination.
• Supervise and support a skilled, collaborative clinical team.
• Promote continuing education and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Support safe, efficient, and cost-effective care delivery.
• Lead teams caring for patients receiving advanced therapies, including chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T cell therapy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

• 2 years of RN experience Required
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

• RN licensed in the state where employed Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
